Vancouver, B.C., April 20, 2020. Forum Energy Metals Corp. (FMC: TSX-V) (the “Company” or “Forum”) announces that, further to its news release of April 15, 2020, it has increased the financing from $200,000 to $300,000 to issue up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit to augment the Company’s working capital during this period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Forum has taken measures to reduce its corporate overheads and streamline operations temporarily until exploration activities can commence once again.
The units will be comprised of one common share of Forum and one warrant entitling the holder to acquire a further common share at a price of $0.10 for a term of five years. The financing remains subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
